Core Yoga

with Marilyn Morrison.

This yoga class is a combination of restorative and working postures. As always in yoga the main purpose is to become more conscious of the physical body and its strengths and limitations. Honoring the body where it is brings the most benefit in the poses. Emphasis is put on using the breath in the poses.

Come and experience Core Strength Through Core Opening. 
This class will be challenging and relaxing.
