“Give An Hour” to spread mulch at Smoke Rise Park

Tucker Civic Association (TCA) is asking area residents to “Give An Hour” (GAH) by bringing wheelbarrows, shovels and rakes to Smoke Rise Park, 5623 Hugh Howell Road, on Saturday, February 19, 10:00 a.m., to spread mulch on the park walking trail.
