This class is a great way to try out Svaroopa® style Yoga. Emphasis is on releasing the tension in the spine, starting with the tailbone, through the sacrum, and up through the lumbar spine and the ribcage. You will feel better from the inside out after every class. Plus, you will learn a home practice to maintain your openness as you go through your daily life.
