Wake Up yoga is just that. Get your day started with energy to spare. This class is designed to get the body and the breath moving. Anyone can learn the poses we will incorporate from beginner to intermediate. If you can be here by 6am, you can do the yoga. Getting here will be the most challenging part. I look forward to this class.
