They have not been.

The average mileage for the Fusion Fleet during the week of April 14 -18, was 2,792. None had been driven 10,000 miles. Three had been driven fewer than 1,000 miles.
I am sharing this as a reminder that the district staff is either not entirely truthful or lacks competence.
