Free Yoga Class Set at Shallowford Presby. Church

Messy Church @ Shallowford will offer a free yoga class open to the public on Saturday morning, December 12, from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. in Heritage Hall at Shallowford Presbyterian Church. Instructor Michelle Flory will lead the class with a focus on Light and Lightheartedness. Come at 9:30 for coffee or tea and conversation; class starts at 10; all ages 12+ welcome. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one. Especially during the busy holiday season, community members are invited to relax in a yoga class where they can renew their strength, find peace and prepare to enjoy the days ahead.
