Future Firefighters Can Check Out DeKalb Fire Stations
DeKalb Fire Rescue is hosting three open houses this month to recruit job candidates.
TUCKER, GA — The DeKalb County Fire Rescue Department is holding three recruiting open houses this month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at three different fire stations:
- Friday, Nov. 10 - Fire Rescue Station 18, 4588 Barclay Drive, Chamblee
- Tuesday, Nov. 14 - Public Safety Complex, 1950 W. Exchange Place, Tucker
- Saturday,Nov. 18 - Fire Rescue Station 3, 100 N. Clarendon Ave., Avondale Estates
At each open house, job candidates interested in joining DeKalb County Fire Rescue can:
- tour the station;
- learn about the apparatus and equipment;
- and meet fire service personnel.
Spouses and significant others are welcome, and light refreshments will be served. For more information:
