Hank Johnson, now serving his fourth term as U.S. Representative for the Fourth Congressional District - which includes some of Tucker - has been named to <a href="http://www.georgiatrend.com/January-2013/Most-Influential-Georgians-Georgias-Power-List/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Georgia Trend</a> magazine's 2013 list of Most Influential Georgians. Subtitled Georgia's Power List, it features the state's "most powerful and influential citizens who affect the lives and livelihoods of all Georgians."  Johnson, a Democrat, is a member of the House Committee on the Judiciary and chaired the Subcommittee on Courts and Competition Policy that is responsible for antitrust legislation and for overseeing federal courts.
