Tucker-based YP Holdings, which operates Yellow Pages, is laying off 73 employees this fall at its location in Olivette, Mo. The staff cuts are in addition to huge layoffs the company announced earlier this year in several states, according to the <a href="http://www.stltoday.com/business/local/yellow-pages-laying-off-in-olivette/article_006a2861-5d2d-5332-82a9-75108dd43432.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">St. Louis Dispatch</a>. Mark Franken, the Communications Workers of America area director for District 6, said at the time that no other cuts were planned. "As far as we know, this is it for a while, but we have no certainty of that."  The effective date for the layoffs in Olivette is Oct. 29. The company's Tucker headquarters are located at 2247 Northlake Parkway.
