Neighbors in Winchester Heights will probably not have water for the next 12 hours. A water main AND sewer main breakage are keeping DeKalb water crews busy, even through the rain! The short flash flood didn't help matters for the crew, but did help resourceful folks gather rainwater to flush the toilets! Target and surrounding stores will also benefit from sales of bottled water.
