FitWit is the fit lifestyle.  We know that trying to get in shape can be daunting, agonizing, and boring, but you do not have to face these obstacles alone.  Our campers are members of a positive, challenging, and supportive community that helps individuals achieve their goals and gives them the tools they need to sustain a healthy and fit way of life.  Through The FitWit Foundation, FitWit provides this same education and motivation for free to underserved young people in our community.

GET FIT:      We believe good fitness is comprised of a variety of components, and although it’s not easy, it may be the only thing where you can succeed simply by trying hard.  We believe in treating fitness as a sport, harnessing both the fun and accountability of being on a team, and also the concept of You vs. You - a competition with yourself to improve on your previous best.

GIVE FIT: We believe in not only setting a good example for our children, but in creating opportunities for them to also get fit.  We feel by using fitness as the vehicle, we can also foster character development that leads to more successful and healthy children.

 LIVE FIT: We believe life is best enjoyed in community.  This community supports you, challenges you, and cares about your well-being. We don’t buy the 30-day quick fix, but rather in building a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
