Atlanta-Based Specialty Jam Company Emily G's and The Angry Chef Ron Eyester have teamed up for a first time collaboration with a Curry Ketchup perfect for upcoming BBQ season.
To properly introduce Curry Ketchup to the Atlanta market, Myers and Eyester hosted a cooking demonstration affording guests the opportunity to sample the food and learn more about the product from its creators.
Emily Myers first met Chef Ron Eyester when he started using her Emily G’s Jams products at his restaurant, Rosebud, in the spring of 2012. Over the course of the next few months, the two often spoke of putting their talents together to create a co-branded product. Last summer, Myers sampled several of the sauces that Eyester makes in house at Rosebud; when she tried the Curry Ketchup that he serves with his Tempura Eggplant Chips, she knew they had a winner. “I thought the recipe was genius,” Myers recalls. “The flavor and the texture were spot on. I also knew that it would fit perfectly with the Emily G’s brand.”
