Emory Board of Trustees Elects New Members

Emory University's Board of Trustees has elected two new members the school has announced.

They are Shantella "Shan" Carr Cooper, a Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company executive; and Timothy C. Rollins, vice president of the Rollins Investment Company in Atlanta. Both Cooper and Rollins will serve six-year terms.

Rollins was elected to serve as a term trustee and Cooper was elected as an alumni trustee.

The 41-member board oversees the governance and long-term financial health of the school.
