$1,000 Scholarship Available To Etowah High School Senior

The Towne Lake Rotary Club Foundation, Inc. is seeking applications from Etowah High School graduating seniors for a $1,000 scholarship.

WOODSTOCK, GA — The Towne Lake Rotary Club Foundation, Inc. is seeking applications from Etowah High School graduating seniors who want to earn a $1,000 scholarship toward their college tuition.

Each year, the Towne Lake Rotary Club Foundation, Inc. the nonprofit foundation established by the Rotary Club of Towne Lake, awards one $1,000 scholarship to a deserving Etowah High School graduating senior. Members of the Interact Club of Etowah High School who have served their community through Interact Club service projects are given priority. However, the application process is open to any Etowah High School graduating senior.

Students are required to submit an application, along with an essay explaining how they exemplify Rotary’s “Service Above Self” motto and an acceptance letter from the college or university they plan to attend.

Applications and supporting documentation should be submitted to townelakerotary@gmail.com no later than noon, Wednesday, June 17.
