2 Injured In Crash On I-575 In Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, GA — Woodstock police and fire crews are working the scene of an accident reported Monday afternoon on Interstate 575 north of Ridgewalk Parkway.

City spokesperson Brittany Page said the collision involved two vehicles, and two people have been transported to area hospitals for medical attention. One patient is being treated for serious injuries while the other for minor injuries.

The investigation into the cause of the accident remains active, Page said. All northbound lanes have reopened to traffic.
