6 Arrested After Online Child Sex Sting: Woodstock Police
Woodstock Police arrested six people after they were involved in an undercover operation where they sought a teen for sex.
WOODSTOCK, GA — Six people were arrested recently after they agreed to meet up with what they thought was a 16-year-old for sex, Woodstock Police said.
The Woodstock Police Department with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted an operation targeting online predators. During the weeklong undercover operation, six people were arrested when they showed up to have sex with what they thought was a 16-year-old girl.
Warrants will also be secured for the arrest of more people as part of the operation. These individuals were also involved in online chats with what they believed to be a 16-year-old girl. The names of those individuals are being withheld until the investigation is completed.

Several people were arrested at the scene, including:
- Vikash Khandelwal, 37, of Duluth, was arrested for child exploitation, criminal attempt child molestation, criminal attempt aggravated child molestation
- Carlos Saldivar, 45, of Marietta, was arrested for child exploitation
- Esteban Bianchi, 24, of Marietta, was arrested for child exploitation
- Sincere Nelson, 23, of Roswell, was arrested for criminal attempt child molestation
- Alfred Villalobos, 21, of Woodstock, was arrested for child exploitation, obscene internet contact with a child, criminal attempt child molestation, criminal attempt aggravated child molestation, criminal attempt aggravated sodomy
Brian Travis Cowart, 36, of Cartersville, was arrested by another agency on warrants for child exploitation and computer electronic pornography child exploitation act.

The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program was created by the Department of Justice to help state and local law enforcement agencies enhance their investigative response to the online sexual exploitation of children. It consists of members from the GBI and over 220 affiliated law enforcement agencies and prosecutorial entities throughout the state.
The public is encouraged to use the Cybertip Line, a national reporting mechanism for cases of child sexual exploitation. Reports may be made online or by calling 1-800-843-5678.
