CCSD Seeks Partners For Summer Feeding Program
An informational meeting for churches, nonprofits, summer camps and other groups will be held on Feb. 28.

WOODSTOCK, GA — The Cherokee County School District's School Nutrition Program is seeking potential new partners for its annual Summer Feeding Program.
Local nonprofit organizations, churches, summer camps and other groups that serve less fortunate Cherokee County children are invited to attend the meeting at 2 p.m. Feb. 28 at the School Nutrition Office to learn more.
This year, CCSD School Nutrition will partner with the Georgia Department of Education to offer a Summer Feeding Program to children under the age of 18 years old.

"During the summer season, we are fortunate to continue doing what we love most, serving nutritious foods to Cherokee County children," the system added.
This summer program will run from June 4 to July 20, and breakfast and lunch meals are offered at select sites around the county. If your organization is interested in partnering with the Cherokee County School Nutrition Department for summer meals at no cost, please consider attending this meeting.
