CANTON, GA -- The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce will join with communities across the United States in celebrating National Tourism Week during the first week in May.

The official tourism week is May 1-7, and in Cherokee County there will be special events highlighting the week from May 2-8.

“Many Cherokee County residents, not to mention visitors to our community, have yet to discover the endless opportunities Cherokee County has to offer," said Cherokee Chamber President & CEO Pam Carnes.
