Cherokee Schools Job Fair Set For March 7
The fair is from 9 a.m. to noon at River Ridge High School, and offers job candidates the opportunity to meet district and school leaders.
WOODSTOCK, GA — The Cherokee County School District will host its annual job fair on Saturday, March 7 for hiring new teachers, bus drivers, school nurses and school nutrition workers. The District is also looking for psychologists and speech language pathologists.
The fair is from 9 a.m. to noon at River Ridge High School, 400 Arnold Mill Rd. in Woodstock, and offers job candidates the opportunity to meet Cherokee County School District and school leaders. Candidates not only will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, but also the chance to ask questions. No registration for the event is necessary.

While the specific number of openings is still to be determined by retirements and enrollment growth forecasts, Cherokee County School District does anticipate several hundred openings for teachers, and several dozen openings for school bus drivers and school nutrition workers.
Applications can be filled out prior to the fair at https://www.applitrack.com/cherokee/onlineapp/default.aspx; laptops will be available to complete applications on site for those who have not yet completed one.
