<p>Cherokee County School District recently recognized its top volunteers, including Mountain Road Elementary School 2014 Volunteer of the Year Debra Matulevicus.</p><p>"Debra Matulevicus works as diligently and with as much passion for Mountain Road Elementary School as the staff," noted a recent Facebook post.
