Entering Auto Suspects Identified By Woodstock Police

WOODSTOCK, GA — Woodstock Police Investigators have secured arrest warrants for individuals responsible for over two dozen entering auto incidents in Woodstock.

In April of this year, multiple entering autos occurred in the Cornerstone subdivision where one vehicle was also stolen.

Investigators were able to identify Kartier Jenkins, 17, of Stone Mountain as the suspect involved. He is charged with eight counts of entering auto, two counts of felony theft by taking, and one count of criminal trespass.

Then, in May, numerous entering auto incidents were reported in the Deer Run and River Park subdivisions. Investigators were able to identify a group responsible for these incidents; who were also responsible for two stolen vehicles in two separate states as well.

The leader of the group, William Freeman, 23, of Hixson, Tennessee, is charged with 13 counts of entering auto, two counts of criminal attempt to enter auto, six counts of financial transaction theft, two counts of felony theft by taking-firearm, and two counts of motor vehicle theft. The investigation into Freeman’s juvenile accomplices is ongoing and additional charges will come.

And, in June, forced entry was made into several vehicles at a local gym. On June 10, three vehicles were broken into and then three more broken into on June 17.

Investigators were able to identify Ricky White, 24, of Conyers and Okori Allen, 24, of Union City as the suspects involved. White has been charged with 25 felony counts of entering auto, criminal damage to property, financial transaction card fraud, and financial transaction card theft. Allen is charged with 15 counts of entering auto, criminal damage to property, financial transaction card fraud, and financial transaction card theft.

“I’m very proud of the team's hard work and dedication in solving these crimes. We hope that this will send a message to criminals that if they come to Woodstock to commit crimes, they will be caught,” Calvin W. Moss, Chief of Police, said.
