Are you looking for a change?
Two local Woodstock businesses are launching "60 Days to Change" on Sunday, April 15. and , located on Rose Creek Drive, are looking for 60 people committed to "real" change in how they look and feel. Men and women, ages 14 and up, are welcome to join the Change regardless of current fitness level or lack thereof.
This is our KICK-OFF! Please pre-register & bring family members/ friends to embark on this with you! (we're still accepting registrations this day)

We'll be going over all the basics of this awesome journey! Our competing teams will be determined and we will lay down our winning foundations. This week, try to think about goals you'd like to reach in your 60 Days To Change - what do you want to change exactly?
Remember, 60 days will go by in no time and you'll be soooooooo amazed and impressed at how you've changed - together!
