- Mayor Caldwell addressed the new budget for Woodstock that went into effect on July 1. Through a message in Around Woodstock Magazine, the Mayor gave a breakdown of where our city's money is spent and where it comes in, highlighting what funds will go towards improving this growing area, including 54% of our general fund that is put towards public safety. The mayor states that while the population of Woodstock has grown 50% over the past 10 years, there has been a 44% reduction in crime at the same time. (Around Woodstock Magazine)
- E.T. Booth Middle School has named Special Education teacher Lori Salvino a 2022 Teacher of the Year.
