Gold Swimmer is Bronx Bound

Bayley Frierson of Chattahoochee Gold Swim Team has committed to swim for Fordham University in the Bronx, New York City. She told SwimSwam, “I am so excited to announce my commitment to swim at Fordham University! Fordham offers wonderful academic opportunities, great team dynamics, and an excellent coaching staff – it’s my dream school! Go Rams!”

Bayley trains with the Gold team at the Cumming Aquatic Center and is a senior at South Forsyth High School. At the 2016 GHSA 6A state swim meet earlier this year, Bayley finished 7th in the 200 Free and 3rd in the 500 Free.

Bayley's coach at Gold, Andy Eaton says, "Bayley found a perfect college match. She's a great student and a great athlete, with a love for big cities. She's going to do well at Fordham."
