Gold's Taner Commits to Bucknell

Meghan Taner of the Chattahoochee Gold swim club has committed to swim for Bucknell University in the fall. The Bucknell campus is in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

Besides Chattahoochee Gold, Meghan swam for Holy Innocents Episcopal School where last month she finished 1st in 50 yard back stroke and 3rd in 100 yard back stroke & 50 yard freestyle at the GHSA 1-5A Championship meet.

Meghan has served as a member of the junior advisory board for Swim Across America, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to raising money for cancer research through swimming events.

Meghan will study in Bucknell's Freeman College of Management.

Chattahoochee Gold is one of the first teams in the nation to be awarded USA Swimming's Level 4 status.
