Health Department To Host Back-To-School Clinics
One clinic will be held July 21 in Woodstock and the other will be held July 28 in Canton.

The Cherokee County Health Department next month will conduct two Back-to-School Health Clinics.
Parents and guardians are invited to attend either clinic at one either the county public health center in Woodstock or Canton.

The clinic in Woodstock will be held from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 21. The session in Canton is set for 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 28.
At the clinics, the required hearing, dental, vision and BMI/nutrition screenings will be available. The total cost for screenings is $40.
Also, immunizations will be provided for school-age children. Residents should note there is a charge for vaccines, and Medicaid and some other forms of insurance will be accepted.
The health department center in Canton is 1219 Univeter Road while the Woodstock public health center is at 7545 North Main Street.
