• Observed food containers stored and stacked not properly air-dried. All equipment must be allowed to air-dry before storing and stacking.
• Observed no proper chemical test kit provided for 3 compartment sink. Management allowed the test kit to get wet.
• Observed the hand sink in the kitchen in poor repair, and must install an proper air gap
• Observed build up of grease and food debris in the main kitchen and back kitchen.
