In Memory: Chester H. Reeve, 95, Served His Country During World War II

Chester H. Reeve, passed painlessly in his sleep on Friday, June 5th, 2015 at Brookdale Assisted Living Center in Woodstock Georgia. He was 95 1/2 years old. Chester served his country in the Burma, China, India campaign during WWII, trained in keeping our fighter planes in the air and combating the enemy. After the war, he worked at Mattituck Air Field, Grumman Aircraft and commercial fishing in the waters off of Long Island, N.Y.

Chet is survived by his three children, seven devoted grand children and a great grand son who he met in March. We love you, Dad.

A private family celebration of his life will take place on Fathers’ Day weekend.
