Douglas Bradley Eriquezzo, 43, of Acworth, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2015 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta.

Funeral services were Saturday, Sept. 19, 2015, in the Chapel of Darby Funeral Home at 4 p.m. with Pastor Jason Gerdes officiating.
The family received friends Saturday, Sept. 19 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Darby Funeral Home.

Mr. Eriquezzo is survived by his wife, Darlene Eriquezzo of Acworth; son, Christopher Wayne Alan Eriquezzo of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Cassidy Kline Eriquezzo of Acworth and Mallory Hope Reiquezzi of Greenville, SC; Father, Freddie Eriquezzo of Bethel, CT; mother, Carol Girardy of Atlantic Beach, FL; brothers, Aaron Eriquezzo of Canton and Ryan Eriquezzo of Canton.
The caring staff of Darby Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
