No Injuries In Woodstock House Fire

The chimney, bathroom and attic suffered heavy damage in the Yorkshire Court fire.

WOODSTOCK, GA — There were no injuries in a Sunday evening house fire at Yorkshire Court, according to Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services.

Crews responded to the fire around 7 p.m., when they saw flames and smoke coming from the house's roof. No one was inside of the home when crews arrived, fire officials said.

The chimney, bathroom and attic suffered heavy damage, fire officials said.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
