Cardiovascular disease remains the number one killer of Americans, according to the American Heart Association. A range of factors can raise your risk of developing CVD and having a heart attack or stroke. The more factors you have, the greater your risk.

It is essential that residents measure their risk for this disease and make a plan for how they can prevent it. To help in this endeavor, a free screening will be held next month at Northside Hospital’s Holly Springs medical office building.
