Path & Post Cuts Ribbon On New Office

After 13 years under the ERA Sunrise Realty franchise, the real estate brokerage firm is now fully independent.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- On Thursday, Path & Post Real Estate brokerage owners Becky Babcock and Brad Nix celebrate a ribbon cutting at their office in Woodstock.

The business partners were joined by team members, Woodstock city and business leaders, clients, family, and friends.

The office is located at 214 River Park North Drive.

The independent brokerage recently opened in Woodstock, after 13 years at ERA Sunrise Realty, including three years as the No. 1 agent team in the U.S. for ERA Franchise.

Brad Nix, who led the team with Babcock for the last three years, is a co-owner and business partner in the new Path & Post Real Estate brokerage. Babcock will serve as chief executive officer and Nix will serve as chief operations officer.
