Portion of I-575 Northbound To Close For Bridge Work
The interstate will close Monday, Oct. 30 in Woodstock just north of the Ridgewalk Parkway interchange for maintenance work.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- A segment of Interstate 575 northbound will close Monday evening just north of the Ridgewalk Parkway interchange in Woodstock to allow crews to tackle bridge work.
Motorists should be prepared to take the designated alternate route between 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30 and 5 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation. Crews will be installing a jeene joint on a bridge within the work zone near Little River.
Traffic will be directed off the interstate at Ridgewalk Parkway where they will turn left onto Main Street/Old Highway 5 until they reach Sixes Road where they can turn left to access I-575.

Motorists are advised to slow down while taking the detour and watch for any construction crews that could be in close proximity of the roadway.
