Six-packs of this concoction cooked up by the company will hit shelves throughout the month, and feature a blue and white design that highlights Reformation Brewery’s signature red rose.

The lowest alcohol by volume at 4.8 percent, Union is part of Reformation Brewery’s year-round Anchor series, which includes a Belgian Dubbel, India Pale Ale and Porter. While there are no immediate plans to roll out additional canned offerings this year, CEO Spencer Nix said Reformation Brewery is open to feedback from the market.

“We’re listening carefully to consumers' requests as we grow," he added.

Nix stated the beer is a good timing for the warmer months ahead, and celebrates those moments when strangers become friends.

“An easy-drinking, low alcohol beer is a great companion for just about any time of year, but I’m especially thankful for this beer during the peak of Georgia summers," he said. "I can’t wait to drink it on the golf course. The beer is well-suited for celebrating moments of recreation: hiking, biking, or pontooning around Allatoona Lake, running the Greenprints 5K, or just cheering on the Braves.”
