- Must post most recent inspection report and Tourist Accommodation permit.
- Must have 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize equipment.
- Ceiling and wall paint peeling in several rooms.
- Furnishings in several rooms are in need of repair or replacement.
- All storage in all storage/laundry rooms must be 6 inches off of floor. Do not store chemicals above single service room items.

- ime/Temp Control for Safety (TCS) foods at temps of 51°-56°F on ice (sausage, ham, moz cheese, salad mix). Items were relocated to walk-in cooler. Use ice slurry for cold holding rather than placing container directly on ice. Cold, TCS food must be maintained at 41°F.
- Excessive number of flies in kitchen. This issue must be resolved. Flies pose a risk of contamination to foods and food-contact surfaces. Use control methods that are approved in food areas.
- Remarks: Place asterisks next to items on menu which can be ordered less than well. Employee health forms/illness cleanup provided. Outdoor smoking of foods must have prior approval from Health Authority. Post CFSM certificate in public view, along with food permit and copy of most recent inspection.
