Runaway June Closes Out Woodstock Summer Concert Series

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The final installment of the 2017 Woodstock Summer Concert Series is right around the corner, and the city wants to help you get to and from the venue with ease. To assist those coming to the city to see Runaway June on Saturday, Sept. 9, Woodstock will once again offer a free shuttle service to and from the Northside Hospital Cherokee Amphitheater.

The shuttle will depart Northside Towne Lake Parking Deck at 900 Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock, traveling to and from the amphitheater at 101 Arnold Mill Road. The shuttle stop will be on East Main Street at the front of The Park at City Center.

Three, 24-passenger buses will run from 5 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. Saturday. Anyone interested in utilizing this service can park at the Northside Towne Lake Parking Deck to ride the shuttle. The shuttle will then drop-off/pick-up riders along East Main Street in downtown Woodstock (SIGN UP: Get Patch's Daily Newsletter and Real Time News Alerts. If you want to bypass the shuttle option, you can also ride the Woodstock Trolley. However, please note its route is about 30 minutes long. Click here to view trolley destinations and stops.

Runaway June closes out the 20th annual Summer Concert Series. A country music trio, they bring to the stage a sound that has not been heard by country music fans since the days of the Dixie Chicks. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. and admission is free.
