'Snoopy!!!' Brings Favorite Peanuts Characters to Woodstock
This family friendly musical will run July 13-27.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- It’s the world, according to Snoopy!
Residents -- young and old alike -- are invited to join Charlie Brown, Lucy, Peppermint Patty, Linus and Sally as they celebrate the wisdom of Charles Schultz and the world’s most famous Beagle in this delightful musical that’s fun for the whole family.
Based on the world renowned “Peanuts” comic strip, "Snoopy!!!," is the musical sequel to "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown," and sources say that it deserves each of its three exclamation points.

“I wanted to direct Snoopy!!! because it’s a series of vignettes rather than a show that follows a plot line and develops the characters for you," said director Carlye McLaughlin. "Everyone already knows these characters, whether you are 8 or 80. I got lucky with an incredible cast that picks up music and choreography really well. I’m excited to see how audiences respond to the show, because it’s my first time directing a musical. I think it’s going to be adorable, but I’m biased.”
McLaughlin has a strong background in dance, with a bachelor's degree from Valdosta State in theatre/dance. She has previously appeared in "A Christmas Carol," and choreographed "Flat Stanley" earlier in this season at Elm Street. She has also worked with Florida Studio Theatre, Atlanta Ballet, Georgia Ballet and Georgia Shakespeare.

“In addition to the usual team of actors, technicians and other visionaries, we are pleased to have South on Main as our producing partner for this production,” said Christopher Brazelton, executive director for Elm Street Cultural Arts Village. “They have been, and continue to be, a tremendous partner in creating vibrancy in Downtown Woodstock.”
"Snoopy!!!" cast members will be participating in July’s Friday Night Live, so keep an eye out…and beware of anyone who offers to hold a football while you kick it.
An exclusive preview of the show will be unveiled at 3 p.m. July 8 at the Woodstock Public Library, an event that's free to the public and great for all ages.
"Snoopy!!!" runs at 10 a.m. Wednesdays, July 13, 20 and 27 and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, July 16-17 and July 23-24 at the Chambers at City Center in downtown Woodstock.
Tickets can be purchased for $10 in advance online or $12 at the door.
