'Some Bunny Special' Provides Easter Baskets To Children In Need
The goal of the annual initiative is to provide Easter baskets to 300 less fortunate kids in Cherokee County.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency is in the midst of collecting Easter baskets for its Some Bunny Special initiative.

The program delivers baskets to children in need throughout the county.
The goal is to reach 300 children --150 boys and 150 girls -- for the program, which is accepting baskets through March 19.

All baskets must be pre-filled, and residents may either purchase an Easter basket or create one with a personal touch.
Baskets should have Easter-related items only, such as candy, stuffed animals or toys. Donations may be dropped off at CRPA's Recreation Center at 7545 Main Street Building 200 in Woodstock.
