Summer Camps Focus on Health, Wellness For Kids

This summer, Cardio Kool Kids will add a twist to floor routines at Georgia All Stars Gymnastics.

This traveling fitness program will be in Woodstock for two weeks, giving their campers a one-of-a-kind exploration of health and wellness. The camps will encourage children to embrace their sense of self while learning the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.

The program will also incorporate kickboxing, hip hop dancing, strength training to kids between the age of 5 and 12. The first session will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. June 15-19, and the second session will run 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. July 13-17.

Georgia All Stars Gymnastics is at 105 Arnold Mill Park.
