Swimming Her Way to Singapore

This Chattahoochee Gold athlete is among the world's best junior swimmers to compete on this southeast Asian island nation later this month.

Lauren Case has qualified for the U.S. Junior World Championship Swim Team which will compete in Singapore from August 25th through the 30th.

The two fastest 18 & Under swimmers in each event at the just-completed 2015 Speedo U.S. Junior National Championships in San Antonio qualified to compete in the Junior World Championships.

Lauren will swim the 100 Butterfly and 800 Freestyle Relay.

This isn’t Lauren’s first international competition. Earlier this year, she and fellow Chattahoochee Gold swimmer Alarii Levreault-Lopez competed in the Irish Open Swimming Championships in Dublin.

Chattahoochee Gold year-round club team is based in Woodstock and trains swimmers at the Woodstock Aquatic Center, Cherokee County Aquatic Center in Holly Springs, Mountain View Aquatic Center in East Cobb and Cumming Aquatic Center in Forsyth County.
