Windsong Properties Hires New Land Acquisitions Manager For Woodstock Community

Windsong Properties has hired Albert Smith as their new Land Acquisitions Manager for all current home building projects. He will also head Windsong's newest endeavor, Linton & Main, located in charming downtown Woodstock, with easy access to the Greenprints Alliance Trail System. The new property boasts two lofts above a commercial property, seven detached single family homes, and one 3-unit town home. An evening out is a simple stroll two blocks down Main Street to experience a variety of dining, shopping, festivals, concerts and the history and culture of downtown Woodstock.

Albert is a metro Atlanta native with over 15 years of experience in Construction and Land Acquisition. He began his career as a Finish Manager and worked his way to a Senior Project Manager of large custom homes and multifamily projects. He has held positions in almost every facet of home building including: Cost Control, Warranty Manager and Purchasing. He has focused on Real Estate and Land Acquisition for home builders and developers for the last eight years and is thrilled to work for an award-winning company like Windsong Properties.
