Windsong Properties Promotes Kris Johnson to Director of Sales

Windsong Properties, recently named a top 25 home builder in Atlanta, announces the promotion of Kris Johnson to Director of Sales and Marketing. Having been with the company for the last 10 years, she has led home sales to record levels while simultaneously driving brand awareness in key markets for Windsong.

“Kris has devoted more than a decade of exemplary sales work to this company and every member of our Windsong Properties family,” said Steve Romeyn, co-owner of Windsong Properties and co-owner/CEO of Wintergreen Development. “From our perspective, she’s obviously found her calling in a role that coaches and inspires our entire sales team and drives industry-leading marketing strategies. Promoting her to a director within our company was one of the most natural decisions we’ve made in regard to our expansion.”

Johnson is now responsible for setting strategy and overseeing the functions of the sales team and marketing department for Windsong. Her role entails driving each community’s home sales, managing internal and external marketing programs, and developing communications strategies around the active adult market. She is a member of the Atlanta 55+ Housing Council, the Sales and Marketing Business Council, and the Greater Atlanta Home Building Association.

The addition of Johnson to the executive team will help Windsong expand its reach deeper into the active adult home building market and increase focus on the launch of its land development division, Wintergreen Development.
