The road will be closed between Main and Mill streets between 1 a.m and 4 a.m. July 15, and detours will be in place to divert traffic around the work site.
The Woodstock City Council last month awarded a bid to Reliant Construction, the lowest of four bidders, to perform the work for $203,320. Along with the demolition, the project also includes renovations to the current lobby and the construction of new restrooms.

City Manager Jeff Moon said the demolition will wrap up on Wednesday.
“It will take a couple of days to haul off the debris,” he added.
Once that’s done, the site will be turned over to the contractor so they can start construction, which they have 120 days to complete, Moon stated.
