Woodstock Farmers Market Opens Saturday

The Woodstock Farmers Market will return for its seventh season on Saturday, May 2.

The market opens at 8:30 a.m. and will run until noon. Opening day will be extra special because the sixth annual TrailFest will be taking place next to the market and will feature great music, food and fun activities.
Saturday’s installment of the market will feature jams and jellies, preserves, strawberries, turnip greens, kale, lettuce, mint, spinach, swiss chard, great produce, seasoning, lavender and lavender products, cookies, cakes, muffins, infusion kits, dips, soaps, dog treats, granola, brittle candy and much more.

This year, the market will run two days a week in downtown Woodstock, Tuesday and Saturdays. Tuesday market hours will be 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. May 5 will serve as opening day for the Tuesday market day.
Market season is May through October and will set up shop along Market Street between Mill and Maple streets, adjacent to the Elm Street Cultural Arts Village event green.
