Woodstock Furniture Outlet Expands To Cherokee 75 Corporate Park
The furniture superstore is planning to construct a 133,000-square-foot headquarters and regional distribution center.

WOODSTOCK, GA -- An established business has announced its plans to move into the growing Cherokee 75 Corporate Park. Woodstock Furniture Outlet will build a new headquarters and regional distribution center in the park along Highway 92 just east of Interstate 75.
The company will purchase 15 acres of land and construct a 133,305-square-foot facility, the Cherokee Office of Economic Development said. This expansion will create 50 new jobs, retain 178 jobs and result in a $10 million capital investment for the company.
"We are thankful to everyone with the Cherokee Office of Economic Development and United Community Bank for helping make our much-needed expansion possible," said Brian Aaron of Woodstock Furniture Outlet. "Our new headquarters and distribution facility will allow us to carry more inventory in stock for same-day delivery, which we feel is a major consideration in today's marketplace."

Woodstock Furniture Outlet opened in 1988 in a 6,000-square-foot facility. With the growth in the Woodstock and south Cherokee area, the company transitioned from a small operation into a hometown furniture "superstore," COED added.
In addition to its facility on Highway 92 west of Bells Ferry Road, Woodstock Furniture Outlet has opened three additional stores: one each in Dallas and Rome and a mattress outlet in Canton, its website notes.
“All too often you only hear about new businesses coming to town, but it is equally important and exciting to see our local businesses expanding and growing in Cherokee," said Cherokee County District 4 Commissioner Scott Gordon, who represents the area of Acworth and the Cherokee 75 Corporate Park. "I was happy to assist Brian and WFO’s efforts in coming to Cherokee 75."
Woodstock Furniture Outlet already has ties as a vendor to another industry within the corporate park,
Jaipur Living. Both Jaipur Living and the adidas SPEEDFACTORY are scheduled to open this fall.
With the addition of the furniture outlet, Cherokee 75 Corporate Park will consist of more than one million square feet of office and light industrial work space.
Cherokee 75 is currently home to MSK Covertech, Inalfa Roof Systems, thyssenkrupp Materials and Acclaim Lighting.
