UPDATE: Woodstock Goodwill Armed Robbery: Police Ask For Help
Woodstock police are asking residents for help identifying a man who committed an armed robbery at Goodwill.
WOODSTOCK, GA -- Woodstock police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man responsible for an armed robbery at Goodwill. The robbery occurred on Saturday, May 13, at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Previously, Patch posted this article with grainy images and video. Now that we have received higher-quality image and video, we are reposting the article in hopes that readers can help identify the man.
The robbery was at the Goodwill located at 9425 Highway 92 in Woodstock. Police investigators learned that the suspect walked into the store, observed a register manned by a clerk, approached her and sprayed pepper spray in her face. He then grabbed the cash drawer and fled.

Below is a brief video police ask residents to watch in order to see if the suspect is known to anybody.
Police say the suspect's vehicle is described as a silver or gray Honda Odyssey van. The suspect himself is described as a middle-aged white male, heavy set with some facial hair.

At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a plaid shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a camo "safari" hat, according to the press release. He is believed to be responsible for two other Goodwill robberies in the metro-Atlanta area.
The press release says that "anyone with information regarding this incident or the suspect is urged to call Woodstock Police Investigators at 770-592-6012 or WPD Tip Line at 770-592-6021. Callers can remain anonymous."
