Woodstock Police Recognizes 2017 Award Recipients
The Woodstock Police Department announced the 2017 award winners at their annual Holiday Party and Banquet.

WOODSTOCK-TOWNE LAKE, GA - From The City of Woodstock Police Department: Last night, Woodstock Police Department held its annual Holiday Party and Awards Banquet. Woodstock Police Department’s Command Staff recognized department personnel for their outstanding achievement in 2017.
While many awards and recognitions were presented throughout the night, the following received annual awards signifying their great work and contributions to the Woodstock Police Department:
Supervisor of the Year – Lt. Paul Gentile
Officer of the Year – Cpl. Yvonne Letzin
Rookie of the Year – Officer Michael Smart
Civilian of the Year – Patti Behrend

Tessa Basford Community Service Award – Jeff Moon
*The Tessa Basford Community Service Award may be awarded to any person who makes significant contributions to the Woodstock Police Department through their time, actions, talents, and dedication to making the City of Woodstock a Better Place.
Tessa Basford Community Service Award – Mary and Art Ogg
Volunteer of the Year – Gil Feldman
Legacy Award – Roger Garrison
