WOODSTOCK, GA -- The Woodstock Convention and Visitors Bureau this week launched a new mobile

visitors center to allow you to explore the city in a more convenient manner.

CVB staff converted a 14-foot enclosed trailer into a space to welcome and inform visitors. This week, the trailer has been stationed outside the Chambers at City Center where the 2017 Georgia Regional Visitors Information Center Conference is taking place.

The mobile visitors center is outfitted with tablets so visitors can explore the Woodstock app, a monitor to display videos from the CVB and Explore Georgia videos, brochures and banners highlighting what Woodstock has to offer and select items for sale.

On May 19, Woodstock CVB staff will take the mobile visitors center, already affectionately dubbed “Moby," on the road to an outdoor film event sponsored by the Georgia Department of Economic Development Tourism Division in Birmingham. There are also plans to take it to events at each of the Georgia Visitor Information Centers around the state.
