Woodstock Roots Music Night Returns July 19

The Lathemtown Poets Society, led by Kurt Wheeler, will take the stage in a free concert held at the Elm Street Arts Village Event Green.

WOODSTOCK, GA — The third installment of the Woodstock Roots Music Night Series will return Thursday, July 19 with a performance by the Lathemtown Poets Society.

The free show, led by vocalist Kurt Wheeler, will kick off at 7 p.m. at the Elm Street Event Green and will wrap up about 9 p.m. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring their own blankets, chairs, food and beverages, and join their neighbors to enjoy a show kicking off the weekend in downtown Woodstock.

The final installment of the 2018 series is slated to feature local musician Jonathan Peyton. The Elm Street Event Green is located on Market Street at the Noonday Creek trail head in downtown Woodstock. It is home to the Resurgens Orthopaedics Community Stage.
