Woodstock Unveils Music Mondays In May Series
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., residents can bring a picnic lunch to the Northside Hospital Cherokee Amphitheater and enjoy decade-inspired tunes.

WOODSTOCK, GA — The city of Woodstock wants to help you start your week off right by providing a way to kick back and enjoy the sounds of music from various decades. The Woodstock Parks and Recreation Department will soon launch its Music Mondays In May series.
This new event will build upon the success the city has seen with its annual Summer Concert Series and the Brown Bag Concerts held each Thursday in September (For more news like this, find your local Patch here. "Woodstock has demonstrated its love for music any time of day or year," said Director of Parks and Recreation Preston Pooser. "We already have a beautiful venue, and we felt like a spring picnic with great music would be just the thing for Woodstock."
